THE TECHNOLOGY FOR TECHNOLOGICAL OIL-MAKING DEVELOPMENT
The PRIMOLEA system was conceived and created for small and medium-sized firms to enable them to process the product harvested on the same day, thus obtaining better quality (less acidity).
The oil is extracted totally cold from the decanter and without the addition of water, thereby obtaining a product of extremely high quality, since it maintains the flavor of the processed fruit.
PRIMOLEA is the only small system on the market capable of guaranteeing performance and product quality.
Thanks to the technology and materials used to manufacture PRIMOLEA, we are able to offer a system with perfectly professional characteristics but of a smaller size. The two-phase system produces oil without using final separators.
For its installation, no masonry, plumbing, or electrical work is necessary, and PRIMOLEA can be positioned in a minimal space (18 mq), thanks to its compactness and modularity.
PRIMOLEA's components are:

• a conveyance hopper;
• a tubular screw elevator for transporting the olives to the olive-washing unit, with leaf aspirator;
• a leaf remover;
• a hydro-pneumatic washer;
• a tubular screw elevator for transporting the olives to the crusher-pitter;
• a stainless steel malaxer of a total capacity of 800 kg divided into two sectors (one 350 kg and one 450 kg) and complete with a variable-speed single-screw pump. Thanks to its geometry, the malaxer permits an excellent mixing of the mass and a quick passage from one sector to the other;
• a two-phase decanter, which operates without the addition of mixing water, uses a patented system to extract the oil from the olive paste, without using final separators..

The total hygiene of all the parts in contact with the paste is guaranteed by the use of AISI 304 stainless steel.
